There are several nature preserves on Maryland's Eastern Shore. We are a short ride away from the Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge where you can enjoy the hiking trails. This area is of great interest to bird enthusiasts.
Our guests enjoy fishing/crabbing, antique shops, biking (the roads are nice and flat) and kayaking.
Sailing and sunset sail cruises are available locally as well as numerous fishing charters. The Mainstay is located on Main Street and has a great venue, from jazz, blues, and more.

The 4th of July is wonderful with fireworks over the harbor, a parade and day long celebrations in town!
