For our guests arriving by water we have complimentary overnight dockage. When making your reservation it is important that you advise us that you are arriving by boat. Inform us of your docking requirements (i.e. length, draft, beam). We do not provide electrical or water hookups and we do request that all our overnight docking guests provide their own dock lines.

         Our complimentary docks are private and for the use of our guests only. Our docks are not included in our 'Stimulus Package Rates'. We assume you will make your vessel fast and check it periodically during your stay. When docking your boat please assume the appropriate safety responsibilities for your vessel and your guests. In other words…all docking, boarding etc. is at your own risk.

          Our complimentary dockage is specifically for overnight guests of the Black Duck Inn. We cannot accommodate overnight guests on your boat at our docks - we are not a marina. We cannot accommodate you with water, power , dock lines or acceptance of your boat refuse. Therefore, we appreciate your cooperation so we may continue this accomodation to our boating guests.
